All Eyes on Nashville

For decades, Arabic-speakin people have faced barriers to care whether because of a lack of linguistic and cultural understanding or because of Islamophobia, hyper Christian fetishization or because of a denial of material resources. Our campaign builds power through material distributions and social support; our work goes beyond a desk and an excel sheet; our work builds generations.

Elmahaba is the only nonprofit in Davidson, Rutherford, Wilson, and Williamson counties that prioritizes Arabic-speaking voices from Egypt, Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Morocco, and Palestine in Nashville. We offer tutoring, college preparation and networking, Sunday livestreams, Community Saturday (events, distributions, drives, etc.), and mutual aid to our community members.

All funds from this campaign go towards our mutual aid fund and our programming. All funds go straight to community members of color.
